Evenflight is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The points below add to it; if anything here conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.

Safety disclaimer

Evenflight is for information and peace of mind only. It is not for flight planning or any operational aviation decision.

Forecasts are likelihoods, calculated from public NOAA weather model data and official advisories. They are not promises, and no forecast is right 100% of the time.
Turbulence can happen without warning, including in areas rated Smooth.
Always follow your crew's instructions, and keep your seat belt fastened whenever you are seated.
Evenflight is not an official forecast and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, NOAA, the National Weather Service or the FAA.

Subscriptions and purchases

Evenflight Pro is sold through the App Store as an annual subscription (US$19.99, with a 7-day free trial if your Apple Account hasn't used one), a monthly subscription (US$3.99) or a one-time lifetime purchase (US$39.99). Prices are in U.S. dollars; Apple shows the price in your country before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel them anytime in your Apple Account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

Data sources

Weather data comes from NOAA's public servers and may be late, incomplete or unavailable. The app says so when it can't check something, and shows when each forecast was made.
